Check-in, Check-out & Reception

  • What time can I check in at the hotel, and when do I need to check out?

    We look forward to welcoming you for check-in starting at 3:00 p.m. On the day of your departure, please vacate your room (check-out) by 11:00 a.m.

  • Is the front desk open if I arrive late at night?

    Yes, our front desk staff is available 24/7 to assist you at any time.

Dining & Bar

  • Where and when should I have breakfast?

    Start your day off right with our delicious full buffet featuring both sweet and savory options!

    o Weekdays: 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

    o Weekends: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

    o Prices: €16 per adult, €8 for children ages 4 to 11, and free for

    children under 4.

    Bonus: An "express" option (hot beverage, mini pastries, fruit) is available for €4 for those in a hurry.

  • Does the hotel have a restaurant or a bar?

    Absolutely! Our restaurant, "La Table du Diana," invites you to enjoy delicious dishes prepared by our chef, Christophe SCHAHL, using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

    o Open for lunch Tuesday through Friday (12:00 PM to 1:30 PM) and for dinner

    Monday through Saturday (7:00 PM to 9:00 PM). The restaurant is closed on Sundays and holidays.

    o On sunny days, enjoy our specialties on the beautiful shaded terrace offering a breathtaking view of the park.

    Note: A half-board option is also available to our guests.

  • What amenities will I find in my room?

    For your comfort, each room is equipped with: air conditioning, a minibar, a safe, and a bathroom with a hairdryer.

  • Do you have rooms for families (3 or 4 people)?

    Yes, our Family Room is specially designed for your family getaways.

    It features a large double bed and a bunk bed (2 single beds) to comfortably accommodate

    up to 4 people.

  • Is the hotel accessible to guests with limited mobility?

    Yes, the Diana Hotel has 3 rooms that are fully accessible.

    Please note, however, that our wellness area is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.

    o Fitness Center: A modern gym equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment to help you get in shape.

  • Do you offer massages or beauty treatments?

    Absolutely! Our Zen Space welcomes you for relaxing massages, to be enjoyed

    alone or as a couple. These treatments are provided in a dedicated private space for

    complete serenity.

  • What are the hours and admission requirements for the facilities?

    o Pool & Spa: Open daily from 8:30 AM to 11:00 PM.

    o Fitness Center: Open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

    o Outdoor Jacuzzi: Open from May to September (from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM; closed on Mondays for maintenance). Access is restricted to guests 16 years of age and older.

    Please note: Unfortunately, the Wellness Area is not accessible to guests with limited mobility.

    Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including in the guest rooms.

  • Do you allow pets?

    Your pets (dogs/cats) are welcome at our establishment. There is a €15 per night surcharge.

    Yes, ideally located on the Wine Route, the Diana is the perfect venue for your

    people depending on the layout.

    breathtaking view of our garden, a true oasis of greenery.

  • How much is the visitor's tax?

    The visitor's tax is €1.61 per person per night. It must be paid directly at the hotel upon arrival.

  • Does the hotel have a parking lot?

    Yes, the hotel offers free outdoor parking. A private underground garage is also available for €13 per night.

  • How do I get to the hotel from the train station or the airport?

    Our establishment enjoys a prime location in the heart of Molsheim:

    o By train: The Molsheim train station is a 5- to 10-minute walk away. The

    Strasbourg Grand Est train station is a 25-minute train ride away.

    o By plane: Strasbourg Airport (SXB) is just a 15-minute drive away.

    o By bus: The "Poste" stop (line 235) is a 1-minute walk from the hotel.
