  • What are the hotel's check-in/check-out times?

    Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out before 11 a.m.

  • What are the breakfast times?

    Breakfast is served from 6.30am to 9.30am on weekdays and from 7am to 10am at weekends.

  • What are the restaurant opening times?

    We welcome you to the Table du Diana for lunch Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 13:30, and for dinner Monday to Saturday from 19:00 to 21:00.

  • Is reception open even if I arrive late at night?

    Yes, of course the reception is open 24/7.

    Ideally located on the Route des Vins, just a short distance from Strasbourg, our establishment is the perfect place to organise your business events (management committees, meetings, conferences, seminars, team building, company cocktail parties, etc.) or private events (banquets, family celebrations, weddings, etc.).

    We have 5 modular spaces available, totalling 500 m², to accommodate your events from 8 to 200 people, depending on the configuration of the room you choose.

    Our services include half-day, full-day or multi-day hire, with or without hotel accommodation. We also offer a range of catering options to suit your preferences, all with guaranteed high-speed wifi.

    An added bonus: most of our lounges and catering areas offer uninterrupted views of our garden, a veritable haven of greenery that will delight your guests, whether at a business meeting or a wedding celebration!

Eco responsibility

  • What steps has the hotel taken to protect the environment?

    As part of our commitment to social and environmental responsibility (SER), our hotels have renounced the use of plastic bottles by providing a Purezza water fountain in the lobby of our establishments. To raise our guests' awareness of daily actions in favour of the environment, HappyCulture hotels sort waste and display "eco-gestures". With the aim of promoting responsible consumption, we encourage our guests, for stays of two nights or more, to dispense with the cleaning service, thus saving 60 litres of water. During breakfasts, we contribute to reducing our carbon footprint by favouring the use of local and bulk products.
